Shawn Lambert, MPT

Shawn Lambert, MPT started her career in the Atlanta area in outpatient sports medicine and rehabilitation clinics before she took the opportunity to live and work in the Seattle area. There, she worked at a hospital based outpatient clinic for 7 years. Shawn moved back to the east coast in 2015 to be closer to extended family. After two years in the Charlottesville area, she now enjoys exploring the Richmond region as her new home, engaging in most outdoor activities, and spending time with family.

Shawn is a specialist in spine disorders, balance and neurological problems, and general orthopedics. She been certified by the McKenzie Institute for practicing the method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment since 2008. She received a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences in 1996 and Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1999 from Ohio University.
